Spiritual Healing

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Jesus is the great physician and His scope of expertise is not limited.  He can heal the body: heal the heart: heal the mind and heal the soul.

So many times we fall short of having the spiritual good health that we could have; because we fail to follow the doctor’s orders.

We fail to have peace of mind and we experience a troubled heart because we don’t rest in His mercy, grace, truth and promises.

And sometimes, though not always, we fail to have good physical heath because we fail to honor the temple that God has given us to live in.

Regardless of our state of health in any of the categories above: we can always find health and healing in the hands and the directives of our Heavenly Doctor.

I am the God that healeth thee.

I am the Lord your healer.

I sent my word

And healed your disease.

I am the Lord your healer.

And He is a doctor who still makes house calls.

Father, make me every bit whole in you and help me to be more diligent to follow your directives and take your daily prescriptions for my life.
